Update, week 20?

Update, I’m not sure what week it is.. 20?

The last round with the reduction in chemo and new premeds went really well. It was much more manageable and I felt more like myself. As the days went on, I felt well enough to go to the cottage which was a nice change of scenery!

Yesterday was my second last chemo.. countdown is on. I still get anxiety in sundays, even though I know what to expect, I still get anxious. There are so many predicament, I take 6 at home before the treatment, then 3 more at the cancer centre before we even start.

My surgery will be early to mid September, just waiting for a pre op appt to talk to the dr and get a plan together. I have a break from immunotherapy after chemo as well until I’m healed from my surgery and then I’ll be back at the cancer centre every 3 weeks to complete that.

The story doesn’t end when chemo does and I still have a long road, but I will be beyond happy to be done with the infusions.
